DigiPanda identified Usha's flagship sewing machine as the brand's core identity and proposed the Usha Silai App. Designed to engage rural audiences, the app offered user-friendly features, vernacular content, and resources like sewing tutorials, e-books, and fashion trends. This innovative approach not only empowered users with skills but also boosted the reach and efficiency of the Usha Silai School.
